Cultivation of Dao is do to the most appropriate thing at the most appropriate time, because we would not be doing something when there is nothing to do. It's always like when something comes up, you face it. and deal with it. If you have done things well on earth, then you have taken good care of holy affairs in the Heaven.

There's no end in Dao cultivation, resting is the repose of your weary mind, not the respose of your footseps, or slowing down. Be lively in your stride, But tranquil in heart, not bothered by fame or wealth. In propagating Dao, unite everyone's will to form a stronghold and work for a common goal. Do not pursue fame or individual glory. When you manage holy affairs, do them naturally, you should not expect any rewards or be disturbed in mind; always follow your True Nature and Heaven will certainly support you are demanding for rewards and troubled,
you are not doing it naturally, eventually you will feel powerless to achieve your goal. So, pass on this torch! (translater's note: As long as one's torch of wisodm is restored.) Carry on the torch of this wisdom. Let the light of this millennial beacon shine on, guiding all sentient beings to go on forever and ever.

Cultivation is not to be done in the temples only, or in front of people. It needs to be done especially when you are by yourself, and when you are facing each and everything. That's cultivation ---------
Heavenly positions are determined in this earthly world. However, if you are striving for the reward of a heavenly position anymore. Because once your heart is stirred, it is not Dao.-------------
Choose the path that is suitable for you. Everyone has his complete innate potential. Since it is already in you, you don't need to search for it externally. Avoid falling in to any whirlpool. You need to realize that there is no whirlpool in your true nature; so, you don't have to jump out of any.

If you are found of Dao, you should be honest, kind and magnanimous. Such a person should always go to kitchen to learn Dao. Learn Dao from doing chores. Do not always sit in a comfortable environment and learn "cozy Dao".

Cultivate Dao in every moment. Do not constantly. Any pause or stop is a waste of time. Be responsible for your own life. Show your compassion. Actually, all of you are Holy Teacher's incarnation. You are all little Ji-Gongs(help and serve the p)
As the New Year comes, watch that you practice the "virtue of speaking". (translator's note: It's a Chinese ttadition to say good words during the lunar New Year's season.) The moment you say good words, do good deeds, it is heaven.
In your everyday life, who should be your teacher? You cannot see Holy Teacher, and you do not know where Holy Teacher is,so, whom should you learn from? Let your conscience be your teacher. Conduct yourself. Work and speak with conscience, then you will make less mistakes.
Cultivation should be done here and now. you should cultivate at each moment, in every place.
